Our charity invites grant applications from the hospital community for grants to purchase equipment and fund projects that will support and benefit the patients, staff and local community.  The trustees take into account the purpose and benefit of each application before grant funding, in line with the objectives of the charity.

During the year 2018-2019, we grant funded the following projects:

Department of Anaesthesia:

ORSIM fibre optic intubation simulator and mobile monitor

This will improve patient care by offering high fidelity simulation experience giving doctors real-feel exposure to life-threatening or rare medical emergencies in a safe simulation setting.

£10,698
Charing Cross Community Nursery:

The nursery cares for the children of hospital workers as well as those in the local community. We helped the nursery to improve facilities for the children and retain its good Ofsted status by providing more wooden resources, new outdoor equipment and replacing some older equipment.
