Here’s the latest news and fundraising update from our charity. We’ve been quiet since last year, when we were unable to access our spaces at the Hospital. We’re delighted to be back working in the office part-time for the first time for a whole year. And we’re gearing up for what promises to be a big year ahead.
We held our virtual AGM last week. The attendance was understandably lower than usual, but it was lovely to see two of our previous chairs in the room – Alison and Sheila, as well as our ex-employee, Gill. It will be amazing when we can hold a face-to-face meeting next year. During the AGM, we summarised our 2019-20 year, talked about our fundraising and grant-giving activities, approved the accounts and welcomed our new Chair, James Bezer.
